    • Capture method: Pricing varies between internal scans, external scans and additional file generation

  • We can integrate via native connectors, exportable deliverables, and APIs. Customers can export E57 and BIM/Revit files for CAD and BIM applications and use SDKs and APIs to connect digital twins to CMMS, CAFM/EAM, planogram, and other enterprise operations systems. These export and integration options let facility and merchandising teams bring visual site context into their tools of record.

  • We can rescan a space at any time, creating an updated digital twin while preserving older versions for historical reference. If the changes are minor, you can update only the affected areas or adjust tags and views, but major remodels are best documented with a full rescan to generate a fresh, accurate model and deliverables.

  • All virtual tours are processed and delivered within 24 hours of completion.

  • If an appointment needs to be rescheduled there may be a re-scheduling fee added.

  • All appointments must be approved by our operations team before they are accepted.

  • Once your appointment is approved you will be sent a paylink to pay prior to the scan date.
