Your tour can include an interactive 3D model and Dollhouse View, up to 25 scan-derived photos, a 2D schematic floor plan, three promotional intro videos and branded showcase links. Mattertags can highlight room features, amenities, event spaces, restaurants, booking information and premium upgrades.
Cancellation Policy
Any appointment canceled or re-scheduled within 48 hours of scan date will result in a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total amount owed. We understand that things come up but in order to assure consistent scheduling practices we must deter any late cancellations. In some cases these fees can be waived in instances where in climate weather was the cause of other "Act's of God" occur. We may issue a credit to a re-scheduled appointment if that appointment is rescheduled within 48 hours.
