Service Description
Create a detailed visual record of a property with Matterport 3D scanning for insurance, restoration and property-loss documentation. Virtual Media Experts captures affected residential and commercial environments as interactive digital twins, giving restoration teams, adjusters, contractors and property stakeholders a centralized visual reference of the space. The resulting documentation can include an interactive 3D model and Dollhouse View, up to 25 scan-derived photos, a 2D schematic floor plan, three intro videos and shareable branded links. Mattertags can identify areas of damage, structural features, equipment locations, repair considerations or other important areas within the captured environment. Ideal for restoration contractors, insurance professionals, property managers, remediation companies and documentation of water, fire, storm or property damage.
Cancellation Policy
Any appointment canceled or re-scheduled within 48 hours of scan date will result in a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total amount owed. We understand that things come up but in order to assure consistent scheduling practices we must deter any late cancellations. In some cases these fees can be waived in instances where in climate weather was the cause of other "Act's of God" occur. We may issue a credit to a re-scheduled appointment if that appointment is rescheduled within 48 hours.
