The result is an interactive wedding venue marketing tool that can help prospective clients better understand your property before scheduling an in-person tour.
Cancellation Policy
Any appointment canceled or re-scheduled within 48 hours of scan date will result in a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total amount owed. We understand that things come up but in order to assure consistent scheduling practices we must deter any late cancellations. In some cases these fees can be waived in instances where in climate weather was the cause of other "Act's of God" occur. We may issue a credit to a re-scheduled appointment if that appointment is rescheduled within 48 hours.
