Once a scan is uploaded, we automatically process the model and most virtual tours for apartments and multifamily units are ready within a 12-24 hours, depending on size and number of scans. Models with 200+ scans or complex geometry generally take 1-2 days to process. We often deliver initial scans within 24 hours from scanning.
Yes - We can combine separate scans into one continuous, navigable virtual tour. Connecting multiple spaces from different virtual tours may have additional development and hosting costs as opposed to individual models.

All virtual tours are processed and delivered within 24 hours of completion.

If an appointment needs to be re-scheduled please do so within 48 hours of scan date. Any cancellations or re-scheduling after, will result in additional fees.
