Service Description
Document complex facilities with interactive 3D digital twins designed for manufacturing, industrial operations and facility planning. Virtual Media Experts uses Matterport technology to create an immersive digital representation of production floors, warehouses, equipment areas, mechanical spaces and operational environments that teams can access remotely. Tours can include a detailed 3D model and Dollhouse View, up to 25 scan-derived photos, a 2D schematic floor plan, three intro videos and branded showcase links. Interactive Mattertags can identify machinery, equipment, safety areas, maintenance information, workflow zones or supporting documentation. Manufacturing digital twins can enable remote site access for internal teams, partners and approved guests, reducing the need for every stakeholder to physically visit a facility.
Cancellation Policy
Any appointment canceled or re-scheduled within 48 hours of scan date will result in a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total amount owed. We understand that things come up but in order to assure consistent scheduling practices we must deter any late cancellations. In some cases these fees can be waived in instances where in climate weather was the cause of other "Act's of God" occur. We may issue a credit to a re-scheduled appointment if that appointment is rescheduled within 48 hours.
